Tire Recycling
Since the seventies decade , with accumulation of all kinds of parts , equipment , used & out of class outfits, the world faced with trouble for their disappearing and destruction . From that time in USA , Europe and other industry countries they considered how to reuse and converting wastage to useable material in different industry . Meanwhile this issue caused to creating tire recycling industry. Tire recycling of heavy and light cars is one of these industries .
At first this industry was born in USA then in other countries and also in our beloved country Iran. In the beginning had covered some of the worn tires and reused and finally with manufacturing of necessary equipment all worn tires have been recycled and reused in different industries.
From recycling of a worn tire is obtained 70 - 80 % Granule ( crushed tire ) 20- 30% iron Westage ( wire inside tire ) and small percentage of threat .
Utilization of obtained products from tire recycling:
In order to improvement properties of asphalt and concrete, producing types of floor covering for pavements, houses and sport saloons , children play parks ,special applications of military industries, insulation and production insulation sheets for transfering pipes, combination with poly ortan foam in order to insulation production , moulded rubber products such as : types of burglars alarm , rubber pieces , different kinds of bumpers , cattles surface cover , horse racing tracks , tennis courts , gym halls , soccer fields with artificial grass which they are small parts of using of this industry productions .

These tires could be harmful for environmental if not recycle properly. But with recycling worn tire process could produce valuable recycled materials easily.
